Millennials Balloon Bar started in 2020 — the year celebrations got put on hold for almost everyone. With so many parties cancelled or shrunk down to nothing, I designed my first professional balloon installation for a birthday that still deserved to feel special, even when the world outside wasn't cooperating. That first setup became a business built on the same belief: a celebration is worth showing up for, no matter what else is going on.
Every setup since has started the same way — a conversation about your color palette, your vision, the feeling you want your guests to walk into. Each garland, arch, and backdrop is built by hand for the event it's going to, not pulled off a shelf: real attention to detail on install day, premium balloons that hold their shape and color, and a design process that starts with what matters to you — the theme, the venue, the guest of honor — rather than a catalog.

How far in advance should I book? +
We recommend booking as soon as your date and venue are confirmed, especially for weekend and peak-season events, since installation dates fill up.
Do you offer custom colors? +
Yes — every installation is built around a palette you choose, matched as closely as balloon colors allow.
Can you match a party theme? +
Yes. Send over your theme, inspiration photos, or Pinterest board and we'll design around it.
Do you provide backdrops? +
Yes, backdrops can be added to most packages and paired with balloon detailing for a finished look.
Do you offer personalized vinyl? +
Yes — names, ages, monograms, and custom text are available as an add-on.
Do you provide foam cutouts? +
Yes, foam cutouts (numbers, letters, and custom shapes) can be added to your installation.
